The MAX 55HZ Hyper is a high performance 2-stroke glow plug engine with a classic ring piston design for high end F3C and 3D aerobatic models of Class 50 helicopters. It is fitted with a 40L type three-needle carburettor. The perfect complement to the engine is the tuned PowerBoost 55 muffler.
The same built-in dimensions as O.S. MAX 50SX-H Hyper and O.S. MAX 55HZ-R.
The crankshaft is threaded for a UNF 1/4-28 propeller nut.
Recommended fuel: at least 18% castor or synthetic oil (or a mixture of synthetic and castor oil), 10-30% nitromethane.
Recommended candle: O.S. MAX No.8, when using fuel with a higher content of nitromethane O.S. MAX No. 10 (formerly A5).
