Everyone knows and understands the dangers of LiPo batteries. Some have seen a pack go up in flames and everyone knows how dangerous it can be.

BAT-SAFE is the only LiPo battery protection available on the market that works. Developed by Tom Mast, a renowned aeronautical engineer and enthusiastic model pilot. The idea came to him when his house almost caught fire due to a LiPo fire. BAT-SAFE was designed so that batteries can be charged and of course stored. The charging cables are routed through a fireproof opening.

If a battery catches fire, the pressure inside it can escape. This happens through the top vents, while at the same time the smoke is filtered so that no harmful substances can escape.

Fire can cause the temperature inside the box to reach 800°. Thanks to the special insulation of the box, the bottom and side walls can reach a maximum temperature of 80°. Leaking gas does not heat up to more than 150°.

You can easily store and charge six 6S (22.2V) 5000mAh LiPo batteries, three 12S (44.4V) 5000mAh LiPo batteries, or one 36V (17Ah) eBike lithium battery in the box.
